This is a perfect place to stay for the night before you board your cruise the next day. The hotel has an elevator connecting the underground walkway with its building so you can immediately go to the building from the subway. The hotel also have almost every facilities you will need, from air-conditioning to comfy bed, basic toiletries, hair dryer, and there is even an iron and an iron board to finish up your laundry. Location was perfect. Train/subway stations were within walking distance and buses were easily accessible. Restaurants and convenience stores close by. Visited many Yokohama attractions. Ride to Central Tokyo and other locations (Ginza, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Setagaya) took some time, but it was manageable. Public spa was a plus.

The reception staff were very pleasant, always had a smile on their faces when we arrived. Yamakawa and Tsuchiya communicated with us well in English, helped us with check in/check out and reservation of a Japanese restaurant which only spoke Japanese. Exceptional and professional service from the both of them as first point of contact and representatives of the hotel! Thank you for making our stay smooth!
