Hotel had a good view of the harbour. Very good location near train station about 5 minutes walk. Staff very helpful. Rooms though are quite small but these are common in Japan hotels especially in major cities. But overall this hotel is quite clean with very good service . It's also near shopping areas.

I am traveling often and I am very critical about hotels. This one is a gem. Everything is excellent. I have never seen a so high standard in service and quality. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Room is gorgeous with a view. Gym/onsen/pool is enjoyable. All breakfast options are amazing. Location close to Yokohama station and nice areas of Yokohama is convenient.

beautiful and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was very good (it gets crowded when coming late but we didn’t wait that long to be seated). Mount Fuji view from the reception is amazing

Even though this hotel is not in central Tokyo it's right by the station. The trip to all our attractions only took a maximum of 30 min. There are loads of restaurants and shops. The room was a good size and the washing machine room was a good addition.
