Wow! I don’t even know where to start. We stayed for four nights, and I wished we could have stayed longer. The service was absolutely incredible—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The in-house bar was fantastic, with outstanding service there as well.
The hotel’s ambiance is magical. Our room was spacious, and the view was breathtaking.
We did have one night when the guests upstairs were a bit noisy, but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue immediately.
This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and we will definitely be coming back!

The hotel had a service apartment feel. There was a microwave oven in the room and there were many drawers in the new closets. There was also a guest lounge on the 7th floor and coffee is served there as well as in the waiting room on the ground floor. The gym was free to use and it was adequately equipped.

This is a top-notch, stylish, and comfortable hotel. Our room was large, and most had an unobstructed sea view. The bed was excellent, and the environment was silent. Wood panelling and carpets make the ambiance warm. I regret being too busy to explore the rest of the hotel's services.

Lovely location, about 5min walking distance to train station. Room has ample space with washing machine. We were able to dry our clothes in the bathroom. Very handy as clothes can be dried whilst out instead of waiting at laundromat.
Staff have been extremely lovely and helpful. I have left my wallet in previous accomodation and staff here offered to accept the pay-on-delivery parcel for me. This allows me to go pick up from them and pay the delivery fee instead of waiting for wallet to arrive in the accomodation.

We were a family of 6 travelling and we had plenty of room for luggage. The location was central for train and bus. Our host was amazing !!!!!!! Great communication and assisted us with tickets for baseball and advice on Onsen. Lovely restaurants all walking distance. We stayed over Anzac day to attend the service and it was such an experience, so humbling. We have left behind a Kokoda book and others are welcome to sign. Beds were so comfortable and the free water bottles were most appreciated. Definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend. Thankyou for a great experience in Yokohama

Very neat and clean large apartment with 5 bedrooms spaced out. We had family 4 and access to both levels to utilise 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms as one in each level. In the heart of China Town and couple minutes walk to the port and park which were very cool. Good value for money.
