"It was a true pleasure to stay at this magnificent hotel. The grand architecture allows you to feel the rich history of the property. The service was impeccable. We stayed in a room with a view of the bay and the vista was stunning.
We also visited the main wing, where we sat and admired the beautiful trees of Yamashita Park, an unforgettable experience. We savored a delicious Japanese-style breakfast, beautifully presented, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location couldn’t be better, with views of the bay and the Yamashita Park, and just minutes from Minatomirai, Motomachi, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Museum of Art, Chinatown, among other attractions. We spent three unforgettable days at this hotel and are truly grateful for the experience.

The service we received from the reception was stellar. We travel with small children and even had to spontaneously see a doctor and the staff was always eager to help.
Room was very clean and modern.
We loved the location close to Chinatown and the harbour with direct metro access. I was visiting a.conference at the Pacifico but the surroundings here have more history than there.

We loved everything! Our room was spacious, with a view over the bay. The staff are very attentive and check in was delightfully easy. Everything is understated elegance. The rooms were kept beautifully by the housekeeping staff who provided a daily service. There is a restaurant on site and a bar as well. Night cap sorted.
The location is everything! Water views, close to a train station that will get you into Tokyo, restaurants, etc. The Red Brick Warehouse is a 15 minute walk and you’re spoiled for choice there with more cafes & restaurants.
You might even see some fireworks over the bay if you time your stay.

We were a family of 6 travelling and we had plenty of room for luggage. The location was central for train and bus. Our host was amazing !!!!!!! Great communication and assisted us with tickets for baseball and advice on Onsen. Lovely restaurants all walking distance. We stayed over Anzac day to attend the service and it was such an experience, so humbling. We have left behind a Kokoda book and others are welcome to sign. Beds were so comfortable and the free water bottles were most appreciated. Definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend. Thankyou for a great experience in Yokohama

Very neat and clean large apartment with 5 bedrooms spaced out. We had family 4 and access to both levels to utilise 3 bedrooms and both bathrooms as one in each level. In the heart of China Town and couple minutes walk to the port and park which were very cool. Good value for money.
