The property was well positioned. As you would expect from a Hilton the facilities were great. Staff extremely helpful and genuinely friendly which made the stay all the better. Room facilities were top notch.

Everything was perfect. A bit confused with the air conditioner as it didn't have instructions in English but it was ok.

Spacious and well located hotel. We loved the decor of the hotel, which also had a nice restaurant and bar. We were road facing but didn’t find any issues with noise. There are also shops and plenty of eating options nearby. We booked 2 rooms for 6 of us and we all had a great time. Will definitely return in the future.

This is an excellent hotel within walking distance from JR Yokohama station (south-west exit). The rooms are quite small, but the beds are good and the bathrooms are standard size. There is a well stocked supermarket nearby, and a refrigerator and water cooker available in each room. No need to pay extra for Japanese-style breakfast in the bottom-floor diner if the only thing you need is coffee/tea and some bread, butter and cheese. Ask for rooms on the same floor if you travel in a small group, as you will only have access to your own floor, the entrance and the lobby (floor 2). We stayed nine nights in two adjacent rooms and would use this hotel if visiting Yokohama again!
