Relatively close to central Tokyo (40 minutes by train, which is close for me). They can receive and send your luggage via Yamato; they even stored mine for a few hours after check- out.

It's a brand new hotel, excelent staff, spacious rooms with great views either to the river or the airport (we got the river side and enjoyed out last glimpse of the city life before going back home). Super comfortable bed, as usual in japan the bathrooms are a dream come true, automatic toilet, excelent shower pressure and extremelly clean. It's located around 10 minutes away from Terminal 3 in Haneda and having the shuttle bus come and pick you up from the 1st floor was great, specially if your flight departs early in the morning. It also has 5 washing machines, which was great because in other hotels there were either 2 or 3 and were always occupied until 2am (and you can check which ones are available in your tv room!). The monorail station is just a few steps aways so you can get anywhere in Tokio very easily.

I like everything, - great customer service, can speak english and offer required assistance when required, polite and courteous - the hotel has good ambiance, clean, comfortable and other facilities are great. all are clean and organized - i have not tried the breakfast though so I cannot comment - near to train as easy to access and with shops, supermarkets nearby - have bus available going to and from airport overall hotel is superb great!

The professionalism of the hotel staff is exceptional. They are always ready to help and anticipate the guests' needs. I very much appreciate the help I received. Despite arriving early before check-in time, I just needed the correct type of cable to charge my mobile immediately upon arrival at the hotel after a long flight. On the day of check-out, they helped me pack and ship a box with extra items to the hotel near the airport, where I would stay until my flight back to Europe.
