Our room was ready when we arrived early and so it was wonderful to be able to check straight in. The room was incredible and exceeded our expectations for size, comfort and view. We arrived via Shinkansen and Minatomirai Line, directly into the hotel from Queen's Square, which also has good restaurant options. We left for Haneda Airport the following afternoon on the bus directly from the hotel having spent a day in the area on foot. It couldn't have been more convenient for out last night in Japan.

The staff, service and breakfast were amazing! I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a beautiful centric area of Yokohama, and you want to experience and be next to the Chinese neighborhood. It is a beautiful area and you can enjoy amazing cafés and restaurants.
The metro is very close, which makes getting around easy and convenient.

Hotel Staff.
On our trip from airport, we forgot out backpacks in the train (Narita Express). Hotel staff, connected to JR lost and found office, our lost items were found on the train's final station (Ofuna). Staff members gave me the route how to reach Ofuna station and numbers of our claims.
One hour later our backpacks were successfully recovered!

Great hotel, wonderful sea front view room, spacious, with a Japanese style bathroom. In a quiet area of Yokohama, but 4 minutes walk away from bustling Chinatown and tube station. Personnel was very kind and helpful.
The entrance is a bit hidden. I arrived on a stormy evening and the taxi had to turn around the block twice before we could find it. It is a shared entrance with the restaurant The Anchor. From there an elevator takes you to the 12 floor where the reception is.
