Fantastic experience! The second we arrived, of course we felt the lovely Japanese hospitality by the staff. The Ryokan was as expected, absolutely beautiful. The private Onsen was super relaxing and calming. The breakfast in the morning was meticulously prepared, so many colours and tastes. Beautiful view of the mountains!

The staff who came out to meet us and carried our luggage as soon as we parked in the parking lot, and those who helped with our luggage when we left and saw us off until we left the parking lot, were all very kind. The room was spotless and nice. The private open-air bath attached to my room provided a fantastic solo hot spring experience, and the quality of the spring water was so good that it made my skin silky smooth. Food was wonderful, such a great quality of ingredients, so filling, and totally worth it for the price. The place was amazing and calm, and both the private bath, and the family one was clean, comfortable and great. The location is really close also to the lake, and the main street to explore during the day. Futon was really comfortable, and they provided a kotatsu since it was really cold outside. It was a dreamy traditional japanese stay.

We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast at the hotel very much. The public and private baths were all very nicely maintained and operated. We will definitely visit the same hotel again in the future.
