The most welcoming, professional, efficient and smiling staff I have ever experienced!! Room, room service, comfort and location are exceptional. Also, the neighboring (literally adjunct) small shopping center is a very big added value. It has a large supermarket, verity of small shops and two nice local food courts with restaurants and coffee shops. I love the hotel's slogan: "We are all one TRIBE!!!"

The rooms are large, and the bed is very comfortable. Large bathroom and even a kitchen..lovely breakfast reception room and the staff are available until midnight at the reception area which makes you feel cared for. Easy walking distance to UNEP HQ.

It was a beautiful colonial house with a swimming pool and lovely garden. The rooms were old-fashioned but spacious, and the two charming staff members I met, Jack and Yvonne, were wonderfully kind and thoughtful. Yvonne cooked breakfast on the spot - delicious - and Jack provided towels, hairdryers, taxis and helpful information.

The staffs is friendly, helpful and attentive. They were very available via email before arriving and prepared dinner for us ahead of time since we had a late arrival. The room was perfect for my family of 3. And we loved the location. Lots of green areas it felt like an oasis.

WOW... absolute Luxury in Nairobi. One absolutely needs to stay there. From the moment you walk in, you are transported into a luxurious experience. The staff are absolutely helpful. Purity at reception welcomed us so well . Aisha the General Manager was there to greet us as it was my birthday and had a handwritten note in my room. They made my experience world class. When we checked out Brian was absolutely amazing. I can't fault them for anything. The facilities in the hotel are modern and luxurious. What an amazing Hotel, and well worth the rate. I would literally go back to Nairobi just for a staycation in the Hotel.
