Dream Place was an ideal introduction to Nairobi. The staff, Jack and Yvonne, are very kind and helpful. The breakfasts on the terrace, with huge avacados from the garden, were a highlight. The property is within easy, and safe, walking distance to the UN and Village Market. The property was quiet and peaceful.

This place was exactly as advertised - cozy! You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into the hotel design/arrangements and keeping their facilities in good shape. The rooms are not huge but I felt that I had all the space I needed. A great place to stay for work stints in Nairobi, especially if you work near the UN compound. I especially enjoyed the terrace, and the chicken and chips I ate really hit the spot. The staff were also extremely accommodating and kind.

Could not fault this hotel, the room was beautiful, bed was comfy, the breakfast and meals in the restaurant were excellent. All the staff couldn't do enough for us. We wanted to go to the local shopping mall and they drove us there and picked us up without charge. The hotel is located near the UN building and many embassies so the area is very safe.
