For whatever reason, this hotel pushed all the right buttons for me. I was looking for a not-too-expensive (I paid about 65$ single room with breakfast), yet safe hotel, which would not be part of expensive international chains. It’s all woody, very 70s feel.
Located just next to the National museum, I could take an Uber anywhere, for reasonable prices.
Rooms were renovated. Good shower. Nice towels.
Breakfast had a cooking station so I could ask for my omelette to be cooked. Probably not the best hotel breakfast but it’s okay.
Had dinner and all the meals really nice.
My room was located on the other side of the highway so noise wasn’t an issue for me.
The room overlooked a lush green area and a nice seating/bar area.
Checkout is 10am but I was given a complimentary checkout at noon.
Kettle in the room with tea and coffee and two bottles of water supplied everyday.
