I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was amazing, offering a great variety of delicious options. My room was spotless and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. The ambience was nice. The staff were really courteous and pleasant. I was surprised to find that the currency exchange rate there was quite good (better than the airport, and only a bit lower than exchange agencies outsode). The breakfast was quite good as well. The bathroom had a toilet jet which I hadn't found in other hotels in Nairobi.

We had a great stay at the Hadassah Hotel. The hotel was comfortable and clean with good showers . The staff were excellent, especially Joseph and Jane, who made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel, everything was clean and in good condition. The staff were very friendly. We also liked the design of the rooms and the hotel. The breakfast selection was good and the food tasty. Security measures (gates, metal detectors) are taken and made us feel safe.
