The room was spacious and clean. The ambience was nice. The staff were really courteous and pleasant. I was surprised to find that the currency exchange rate there was quite good (better than the airport, and only a bit lower than exchange agencies outsode). The breakfast was quite good as well. The bathroom had a toilet jet which I hadn't found in other hotels in Nairobi.

I had a great time at Sarova Panafric. The staff is very friendly. Benson, who welcomed me, was especially helpful and kind. The restaurant has a rich and varied menu. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and elegant. There is a modern and very well-equipped gym, and the pool is great. Highly recommended!
