We didn’t just stay at this hotel ,we experienced it.We got the best hospitality. From the moment we stepped through the doors until the last minute of checking out.We even got some freshly baked cookies and a beautiful handmade decor piece as appreciation gifts. The staff, not just polite but happy to assist/help and ever smiling.
The location is fantastic.The gym ,laundry room,swimming pool area,the deck,the food ,just perfect.
I would rate the hotel 11/10 if possible.

Perfect location. Beautiful views and directly connected to the Mall for extra comfort if you need to buy groceries or quick bite. They have complimentary swimming pool, gym & sauna. Our room had kitchen, living and double bathrooms which made our stay even more comfortable. Additional thanks to the staff members especially, Samuel & Daniel who were additionally attentive and helped us with our needs, even helped us clean our luggage from the dust collected in safari. We absolutely loved our stay with Graceanne! Communication was easy and she made sure we had a great stay.
The apartment is spotless and has everything you desire. It is located in a great neighbourhood and only a few minutes away from the next grocery store. The security guards were always helpful and polite.
