From the moment we arrived, our experience at JW Marriott Hotel Nairobi was nothing short of spectacular! The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay extraordinary.
A special shout-out to Pricilla and Jemimah, who made us feel like royalty throughout our visit. Their attention to detail and genuine warmth made us feel so welcome and cared for.
The entire hotel team exceeded our expectations, from the seamless check-in to assisting with local activities. The room was luxurious, with stunning views and all the comforts we could ask for. We also loved the the amenities available including the spa and stunning pool. There were many exceptional restaurant options to choose from.
