The location is perfect for shopping.
The facility is new and tidy.
The bathrooms of family room are super nice , big and comfortable, the 2 of them are with bidet toilet.
Although it’s in downtown, the neighborhood is quiet.
There’s 24 hrs receptionist which you never have to worry about anything.
I highly recommend family to book G27.

Service is incredible for me. Hotel owner has a warm welcoming. Cleanliness is great. I do enjoy the view from now and hotel. Hotel located in convenient for eating, sightseeing and shopping.
Feeling home when you are here. I do recommend to stay here in busan. They are helpful and recommend a loads of place for eat and travel too.

The hotel is only 4-5 minutes walk away from the nearest bus stop and 10-15 minutes walk from Busan station. The breakfast was delicious, although on sunday its better to be early. I really liked sea view from the room, especially around sunset. The room was very clean, had everything a traveler needs. The bathroom had a bidet-like toilet. Staff was very kind and helpful. They hung clean towels and another bottle of water on my door handle even though I didn’t ask room cleaning for 2 nights.

Searched for a while for a hotel in Busan since most of the sites and areas of interests are spread out. I chose this hotel 4 nites, since it is literally walking distance to Biff Square, trains and buses. Biff Square area has shopping, restaurants, street vendors and do much more. Lotte Mall within walking distance. The hotel was nice, checkin staff very accommodating, you can even choose the pillow you want for your stay. Comfortable room, convenient convenience store and WOW pass machine in the lobby. I would stay here again to my trip to Busan. Highly recommend.
