It's just right in Songdo Bay! so super convenient if you travel with kids. It's 15 min by car to Gamcheon Village and surrounded with a couple of really good restaurants.

Fantastic accommodation, with incredible views over Songdo Beach, exactly as per the description. Extremely up market, clean and comfortable with a very large Bed in the separate Bedroom. Very welcoming Host on the 3rd Floor of the Building, up 2 escalators or via the lift in Building 102. Loved Songdo Beach, perfect for the 3 Nights I spent there, plenty of great Restaurants and Bars, Beach is stunning, Coastal Trail is great, didn't go on the Cable Car which is right next to The December Stay. Highly recommend this place.
