Everything is amazing! The bed is the best amongst the hotels/airbnb I had stayed, firm w soft top, not sinking. The outdoor pools heated at 30-39 degrees were awesome in the cold weather of less than 10 degrees. Best of all is the service. I had a migraine episode and asked for a doctor. The guest relations officer, Sunghoon/Steve, with a good command of English, was up at my room to check on me within 5min and the ambulance arrived within maybe just 10min. He drove my friend to the hospital and waited for her. So glad that I chose this hotel. Definitely coming back here and recommending to all my friends!

Helpful staff, luxurious surroundings, efficiency of check in and out. wonderful spa treatment. Wonderful live music in the bar in the evening. Very mellow and relaxing.

The whole personal and in particular the concierge were very helpful and nice. Tthe concierge helped us book a very nice taxi driver for two days. The garden is very beautiful and the restaurants are great.

The infinity pool is amazing! It’s heated and at night they have a DJ. They have free parking, a convenience store inside, and the room is really big.

Bloom Hotel Jeju is located within Jungmun Tourism Complex. The hotel offers panoramic views of the Halla Mountain, and is close to several sandy beaches.

It was minimal, perfect for 2 night stay, located at the heart next to the very expensive hotels like Shilla and Lotte. Everything was clean room was spacious many were really well renovated. Recommend 200% for the price and if you are there for touring JEJU, I will comeback for sure.

Situated in Seogwipo, 그랜드메르 서귀포 오션 offers a nice view. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire property as well as free on-site parking.

When you have access to a car, this hotel is a perfect location. On top of that you have a small GS25 attached to the hotel. Somwhere in the middle of our week stay we 5 busses of high school boys arrived in our hotel. Even with all these high schoolers our experience was perfect. No noise complaints.

Kensington Resort Jeju Jungmun is located in the Jungmun Tourist Complex, and has the advantage of enjoying both nature and culture.

Everything! Beach is nearby, good swimming pool, staff is really welcoming, 7/11 downstairs, bakery downstairs, 5 mins walking distance many restaurants (Japanese, BHC, Korean). Room was clean, plenty towels, if you want you can cook even, all the utilities are there.
