The location is 10/10 and the luxurious accommodations are something special! The attached dumpling restaurant and cafe below are divine or step right outside for the best shopping, restaurants and night market. The complimentary mini bar, walk-in shower, and robes make this hotel a most comfortable stay. The metro is nearby for easy connection to the rest of the city.

It was the most esthetic hostel I’ve ever visited. Traditional Korean beauty and everything for comfortable stay. Especially I loved my bed in dormitory room - I have a huge experience of hostel stay, but it was the most comfortable one in dormitory!

I really liked the location, it's very convenient for the subway and airport bus. The (human) staff were great and pro-active in attending to us. The robot staff were really a bonus to the charm of the hotel. The facilities were just right for people who are looking for a place to just sleep in and refresh after going out and about in the day. The staff allowed us to leave our baggage when we arrived earlier than the check-in time and again when we check-out because our flight was later in the day. I hope to stay there again next time I visit Seoul.
