My stay at Signiel Seoul was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The view from the room was breathtaking – the panoramic skyline of Seoul from such a height is something I will never forget.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable – both the rooms and common areas were spotless. The hotel staff deserves special recognition for their incredible courtesy, helpfulness, and constant warm smiles.
The rooms were spacious, elegantly designed, and extremely comfortable. The mattresses were outstanding, providing a restful and rejuvenating sleep.
The food was another highlight – whether dining at the hotel’s restaurants or ordering through room service, every meal was meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The room service was impressively fast and highly professional.

Location was great, close to the subway station and so many restaurants nearby and very quiet despite being right behind the busy street. The host is very responsive and the room is the exactly the same as shown in the picture and they have everything you need handy in the house.

The property is really well kept and lovely decoration. There was everything we needed for a good stay including hairdryer, shampoo, face wash, hand wash, trash bags, etc. The host was very friendly and communicated well. It was great value for money for a stay in Seoul, very nearby the KSPO dome if you have concert tickets. It's also close to the areas of Gangnam, Jamsil and Lotte Tower, where there are many things to see and do.

Our stay was excellent! Apartment was very clean, tidy and had everything we needed. It was very well-organised!
Our host was also very considerate and helped us with any issues. The host was so lovely that they even helped us buy the shampoo and conditioner (the shampoo and conditioner at the accommodation was so good that my friend wanted to buy some for herself).
Overall, we would rate the property and the host 11/10, but we can only give 10/10.
