The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants downstairs. We arrived late at about midnight but we could find good food. The host is really nice and replied our email fast and provided useful information. Definitely will come back again.

The host is incredibly kind and thoughtful. As a solo female traveller I never felt so safe in a place. Additionally the location is perfect: just a few minutes walk and you’re in the vibrant young energy of hongdae but the place itself is located in a nice residential area which is perfect as it is very quite and safe. It’s such an instagram-worthy place with the decor and the Beamer with Netflix included resulted in the coziest movie nights. I really want to come back really soon as this experience was really enjoyable and pleasant. Would highly recommend staying here!

A very unique guesthouse. The artwork all over the apartment was really cool. I found something new every time I looked! The facilities were good, it had everything for a short stay in Seoul! In a very good location less than 20 minutes into the central shopping areas by bus.

Our 1-Week Stay – Highly Recommended (If We Could Give 100 Stars, We Would!) We had an excellent experience during our one-week stay. The accommodation was incredibly well-equipped, spacious, and very new for its price—truly such a steal. It made our trip smooth, comfortable, and memorable, especially as a family traveling with a baby. Amenities & Room Comfort * Plenty of bottled water provided—enough for our entire stay. * Slippers for both the bathroom and the rooms. * Adapters, powerbanks, hair dryer, and hair flat iron provided. * The heating system, especially the heated flooring, was a lifesaver after coming in from the cold. * Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a big bottle of lotion. * Abundant towels, tissue, pillows, lights, and mirrors. * Lots of space to hang clothes and coats. * Plenty of board games and complimentary snacks and water good for a week. * A bed guard and cute baby pillows were thoughtfully provided—our baby loved them and always looked forward to coming home to them every day. Kitchen & Laundry * Fully equipped kitchen with stove top, microwave, kettle, utensils, plates, scissors, knives, kitchen towels, and tissue. * Washer and dryer, complete with laundry detergent. * Dishwashing liquid provided. * Spacious dining area suitable for families. Location (Hongdae!) * Located right in Hongdae, making it an excellent base—vibrant, accessible, and full of things to do. * Close to convenience stores, groceries, and restaurants, yet the immediate neighborhood remains quiet and peaceful. * Near Gyeongui Line Forest Park. * Very close to Daiso and Olive Young, perfect for last-minute gifts and essentials. Host & Service * The host stayed in contact with us from beginning to end, replying quickly and consistently. * Provided a step-by-step check-in guide with photos, making arrival very easy. * Accommodated all our requests and offered helpful tips throughout our stay.

It’s clean, well located, and love the little touches the owner did like the snacks and amenities provided showing their thoughtful service. Love that they also provide both washing and drying machine. The owner was also very helpful with our requests. It was a very enjoyable and memorable stay.

The place was really comfortable and really well equipped! Contact with the host was great, they gave us really easy instruction and left a manual for the apartament. The place is really close to a store, a station and there is a lot of cafes/restaurants in the area.

Located nicely near Hongik University station, and near Hongdae! So plenty of good places to eat and drink! The house is a good size, with a nice view from the terrace and also the beds were super comfy!
