Its soooo Homey. I am in love with the smell of the hotel and the smell of the sheets and towels soo clean. Staff are super friendly and nice and manages your needs smoothly and with a smile always.
Location is strategic. Although in the middle of busy streets but the windows are sound proof.
And for sheesha lovers, you can take the smoking room and you can have sheesha delivered to your room!!loved that.
Initially I booked for 6 nights and then extended for the whole vacation.

Room 204 says thank you! I stayed in Caramel 2 times: before and after my trip to Syria. Amazing hospitality, very helpful staff, excellent breakfasts and coffee. I also enjoyed very comfy beds and ACs. In a close proximity to everything you need: shopping, cafes, etc

Truly worth it just for the amazing view straight out of bed. Probably one of the best views in Beirut. The room was very clean and well equipped, staff professional and patient and I really liked the fact that you had access to a proper gym, not just a stuffy small room that you usually find in hotels.
