Grandpa and Mom are doing such a good job running this place. It's super clean, comfortable, and they're all so genuinely sweet and kind. The Saturday walking tour guided by the boys is a great opportunity to socialize, learn and eat some delicious food at the market.

Enjoy just being in the property. Quiet and comfortable. Almost forgot that I was in the busy city of Colombo. Staff were very kind and accommodating my request to keep my luggage till later in the day as my flight was very late at night.

We spent only our first night here, after arriving im Colombo. Great place with friendly staff. It was a big room, very clean, the breakfast was also very tasty and enough. The pool is an extra, very nice cooling off after a long flight!

The family are lovely that own the place. Only 2 units for rent. We stayed in the 1 bedroom and basically had the rooftop pool to ourselves. It was great with panoramic views of the city. Place has a lift for ease of bags etc. Quiet whilst still in heart of city. Close by to large park, shops and restruants. Owners daughter was exceptionally helpfull with suggestions for food. Highly recommend.

It’s a great hotel in a very nice area, I have been staying in SL for a while and was happy to try the Vietnamese right across the road (very tasty!). The rooms are spacious, clean, well maintained, bathroom is also well maintained and fluffy towels. Could have easily stayed here for much longer.
