The location is beautiful - in a leafy suburb of Colombo where the pace is gentle. The gardens are delightful and made such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The guesthouse itself is special - open pavilion-style lounge area with an indoor courtyard letting in natural light. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. There's a choice of western or local breakfast, and if you feel adventurous, the hosts explain ingredients, how to prepare and eat the breakfast. It's honestly so delicious. The hosts are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. It was easy to communicate and to come and go as you need. Restaurants nearby are walking distance for lunch / dinner. It's easy for tuktuks or taxis to get you there and away as you need with attractions like Barefoot very nearby. If you're travelling alone, it's perfect - you feel safe and comfortable to spend time alone or engage with hosts and other guests as you like.

What a lovely place!🥺 The staff is very kind and helpful, and the room is clean, safe, and spacious. The maintenance is superb—we loved the large lobby area. The hospitality is outstanding, and I truly appreciated it. They are equally kind to both locals and foreigners. The best part is that I had a chance to support their prevention programs, as they use the hostel’s profits to fund these initiatives. That means a lot to me. I love this accommodation. Room is not so much big, but it's so comfortable for staying night time. Hot water, air conditioner, bed sheets and steps are all amazing! Especially I like the way to approach to this place, it's so lovely. The atmosphere is like a small forest or secret garden. So if you want to stay at sweet place with small budget, you must be here!! 😍👍

I definitely love the view especially in the morning, the train, beach and the skyline of Colombo, it was amazing :), the staffs in Radisson were all warm and accommodating, I want to stay more or rather I will come back to see more of Sri Lanka.

I'm a repeat guest at this aparrment.when ever i'm in colombo i would like to rent this apartment as it is easy access to heart of colombo.the owner is very helpful and nice.the apartment has 2 bed rooms,kitchen with dinning facility, a wash room and a sitting room.highly recomended!

Location was great and close to all the shops. The highlight was the great food we had just downstairs at the restaurant and the shopping mall at Havelock city mall was just a few meters away. Staff were very good. Will visit SAVEIRA again for a stay if in colombo.

Lovely hotel, staff are very welcoming! We did the free city tour and we enjoyed the infinity pool on the rooftop. Lots of loungers available too. The gym was very well equipped. We dined in the Chinese restaurant which was lovely with great service as was ocean bar and grill.
