The apartment has exceptional view.
It’s close to restaurants and supermarkets (walking distance)
It has everything you need from cooking to cleaning, AC, TV, hot/cold water, comfortable bed, multiple balconies, walking distance to the beach (although not for swimming/ but also close to other swimming areas).
The building has a private pool, which is nice and clean and you can swim there.
The owners are very helpful and ready to help.
We stayed there for two weeks and everything was nice.
There is a train station nearby (it didn’t bother us much).
The area is pretty safe, quiet and walkable.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this well managed havelock city hostel. The location is excellent, with close to everything you need. Security is well maintained, with 24/7 coverage and CCTV monitoring. The service was outstanding,the staff were friendly and quick to respond to any request. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a relaxing and restful experience. Havelock City Hostel included great amenities and a well equipped kitchen.

The GINI concept is amazing. Had been to their previous location and now love that it’s at Havelock Place so now you can enjoy a charming retreat as well. GINI serves a great menu, probably some of the best food I’ve had on Colombo. The room also was great and very much enjoyed the night. Highly recommend
