Unbeatable location in Hikkaduwa! The two main surf breaks are right at your doorstep. Breakfast included is amazing, actually everything on the menu is incredible. Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. We stayed here twice on our trip and decided on the King Room with Sea View for our second stay (first stay was Garden View) both rooms were lovely but can’t beat the Sea View room. Sun beds by the beach were an extra bonus! Loved our multiple stays here.

The appartements are very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful! The garden is amazing and if you want you can cool down in one of their pools.
We got a free welcome drink and a pot of coffee at the day we left.
You can have pretty nice chats with the owner!
