The check-in was very easy to do and the communication regarding the keys was very clear. It is indeed an old house which implies a bit of noise and creaking, but apart from that the room, the shared bathroom and kitchen were very clean and well equiped. The cleaning staff was also very accommodating. There is a board game in the lobby, as well as a guide for things to do, as well as free coffee and tea. The location in itself is great, close to the city center. They also have the option to leave the baggages at the accommodation before and following the check in which is something we most definitely appreciated, since we were able to further explore the city, as our bus was leaving later at night.

Comfortable, good location, clean, helpful even after check-out with luggage storage, there's a kitchen, there's a laundry room for a small fee, I found the place really convenient. I liked everything, cannot relate to the bad reviews at all. There are some reviews saying the owners weren't easy to contact. Maybe it's best to contact a few days before check-in to make sure you have all info about check-in procedures in time. If you come with big luggage it might be uncomfortable because there's a 15-20min walk from the train station or from the nearest bus stop and there are stairs in the house. I only had a backpack so for me it was just a lovely walk. My room was on the second floor, the bed was comfortable, the blankets were warm and comfy. I didn't need to turn on the heating. The shower room was clean, aired and well kept. The toilet downstairs and the toilet next to the kitchen were also very clean. The best for me was the terasse outside the kitchen, had my coffee there while watching the greenery, the birds and the airplanes landing, loved it! I also loved the walk along the stream to get to the old center. Will definitely try to book this place again on my next visit to Luxembourg!
