Location is amazing. The park view, children playground, close to the supermarket, Old City 20 min walk.

The pleasant woman, looked like the only worker there, who was cleaning the rooms and serving the breakfast - she is amazing.
Easy instructions for self check-in.
Quiet even with open windows.
Clean.
Comfortable beds.
Parking and small breakfast.
There is even a kitchen, that everyone can use if needed.
Great location, just 30 mins walking to the city center.
Giant Rimi hypermarket 10 mins away.
