Great property in a nice and quiet residential area but the maintenance and cleanliness is lacking. The property consists of a house with 2 independent dwellings (ground floor and first floor) with separate entrances and 2 inner courtyards. It was not suitable for us as we wanted a 3 bedrooms property, but the division of this one meant separation of our party. The property has modern kitchens, artistic framed paintings, street-nouveau wallpapers and modern beds with sitting furniture. The communication with the owners, caretakers Driss and the cleaning lady was pleasant and efficient.

An outdoor swimming pool and a sauna, hammam and beauty salon are offered at this residence. It is a 5-minute walk from Agadir Beach and a 10-minute walk from the town centre.

Great location and view of the sea and sunset. 5 minutes walk to beach. Staff really nice and helpful. Great selection at breakfast as well. Would highly recommend staying here, wish we stayed longer!

Our room was very spacious with a living room, bedroom area and a balcony overlooking palm trees. It was cleaned everyday which was very pleasant. We also took advantage of the pool which was very nice and the hotel restaurant. The staff was very helpful and nice too!

Very central, neat to the beach. Also very good cafe owned by the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely traditional Riad with a very warm welcome from everyone and we were looked after so well. Very comfortable room, and bathroom. Roof terrace was great to relax, have drinks and nice breakfast. Fabulous evening meal with lovely people on one of our nights we stayed. Organised taxi transfers for us, nothing too much trouble. We highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience traditional Moroccan Riad. Thank you for such a lovely stay 😊

This was absolutely perfect: large, beautiful room, everything was of high quality. Super quiet - this might be different when someone decides to actually play billiards outside your room ... Very friendly, helpful manager. Easy to find and parking very close by. Convenient breakfast time, nice breakfast, and they even had hot chocolate as a drinks choice :-)

The place inside is very well decorated and clean. Khadija was really sweet and kind. She received us with open arms and a welcome dinner. Also, the traditional Moroccan breakfast was really good. Plus, it is very well located, close to the main market (Souk El Had).

The owner was very nice. The place is easy to find and the area is safe at night. My motorbike was safe on the street, under a camera. The breakfast was great and the whole place was very very clean and comfy!
