The location was cracking, the father and son who run the place couldn't do enough for their guests. Abdul was so kind. Two mins walk to the main square, bed was comfy!

Staff were all wonderful, friendly, polite and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Superior room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel has been recently refurbished and so everything is new and in order. Location is perfect and is in a beautiful dar that has belonged to the family. The front room is beautiful with the original furniture and door and original tv.

Perfect stay at Iguana Azul in Chefchaouen My friend and I stayed at Iguana Azul for three nights and absolutely loved it. Our room was spotless, fresh, and felt almost new. The bed was huge and super comfortable, with two separate blankets — no fighting over the covers at night! There was also air conditioning, which made it even more comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist with anything — whether it was questions about things to do in the area or helping us book a cooking class or hammam visit. Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and the rooftop terrace is a beautiful, peaceful place to relax. The location is perfect too: right in the heart of Chefchaouen’s charming little streets. We truly felt at home and taken care of. This place is a gem and we’ll definitely come back. The riad was very cosy, especially the terrasse with the great view over the city. Khalid was an amazing host, kind and easily reachable. Delicious breakfast on the terrasse in the sun. We definitely recommened this place!
