Everything, specially the staff! The room was spacious, the bathroom was big enough as well, bed was comfy, too. You can ask your breakfast downstairs or on the rooftop which was excellent. The property is also really beautiful with good location, in the medina close to good restaurants, but also 5 mins from the blue gate Bab Boujeloud where the taxis are.

Unique experience in a historic riad. The place is amazing, like in a fairy tale. But what makes the experience outstanding is the absolutely incredible hospitality of Mr. Ahmed. He welcomed us when we arrived at the parking place and accompanied us back to the taxi at 4 am. And he was available to us at any time for whatever issue we had. Many thanks, this made our stay truly exceptional.

We stayed for 1 night at a deluxe suite- big room with tall ceiling; shampoo, soap, bath gel provided (no hair conditioner); had a safe; comfortable king-sized bed and pillows; had both a fireplace and air conditioning! Because we booked the hammam spa and massage, we were provided with rubber slippers and spa robes. The riad was amazing. All the staff we met were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. Kudos to Ramza, Ibrahim, ZinB, Yassine, Mamado and ABDou. Upon arrival, we were served refreshingly hot mint tea and cookies. Breakfast was bountiful, eggs cooked as you like them, though no hams/sausages. It was so quiet, a lovely sanctuary after a whole day of touring.

Faultless stay.
The layout of the Raid was very traditional and rustic. The bedrooms comfortable, with plenty of seating within the room and an extremely comfortable bed. Shower warm and nice.
The best thing was the staff were exceptional. They greeted us with such enthusiasm and they couldn't do enough for us. They had the option of setting up tours to see Fes and advised us where to go (but weren't in anyway pushy!) The food was lovely. Traditional Morrocon cuisine. Word of warning - portion sizes are huge, especially the couscous!
Its a family run business so expect to be catered by staff of all ages, but they were all so happy to help!
Thank you for a delightful stay in Fes.

Beautiful riad with a lovely courtyard. Rooms were spacious and pretty. Breakfast and dinner were excellent on the top of the riad. Staff was excellent and called and made reservations for dinner for us. We spent some time talking with the owner, who had some fascinating stories and was very personable. Location is excellent. If you are getting two rooms, the Yellow Room and the Blue Room have a nice, large common area in between. We played games there every night after dinner with the other couple we were traveling with.
