Munir, the guy at the reception, and Rachid, the tourist guide were the best. I really recommend staying here and if you visit Fez just get Rachid to show you around, he is the best!! He will show you around, take you to the best places, tell you all the stories and history of the place and make your journey an incredible moment. The staff were amazing, I had an unfortunate circumstance where a driver didn’t want to drop me off at the right location. I had to leave early in the morning and was put off by the night prior but Mohamed woke up early packed me snacks and walked with me. Nothing but good things to say about the property and people.

The riad was amazing and the staff very nice. We end up doing the desert tour for 2 nights and it was the best part of our trip! Our driver, Saafir was one of the nicest persons we met, I strongly recommend him as your guide! Thank you for the experience!
