The Hotel was very very nice in a very nice area although as close as we expected to the main attractions. The staff were excellent in particular Mohamed, Meryem and another slender waiter in the restaurant. I would like to know why we were not replenished with a bottle of water each per day - only the welcome drink.
All in all, a wonderful stay.

Very helpful and welcoming staff, who try to fulfil all requirements.
Manal was extremely good, she arranged a nice breakfast and airport shuttle which was additional facility provided by her.
Very clean and spacious apartment,
Daily cleaning was making it more comfortable.
We were 3 people and enjoyed our stay.

I spent one night in the flat and had a very pleasant experience. Sarah was friendly and always available to help, which made everything smooth. The apartment is clean, well located, and comfortable. It offers a calm atmosphere while still being close to many places in Marrakech. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
