Second time here. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. My husband and me really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this hotel. The location is great and it's easy to access the old Medina part of Marrakesh, the new part called Gueliz with modern ships and art places and the airport. The hotel is newly refurbished, we liked our spacious clean room in white and beige tones, with a big bed, equipped with a good WiFi, a TV, air-conditioning, hairdryer and toiletries. We're greatful to Manal, Mohamed and Amal at the reception speak who speak several languages for being friendly and extremely helpful with anything we needed and making our stay really smooth and comfortable. The restaurant where we had our breakfast was very elegant and furnished with style. The staff at breakfast was very polite and offered us a nice choice of marrocain/ continental breakfast and a quick efficient service. There's a beautiful clean swimming pool on the rooftop terrace where you can see Atlas mountains far away, it was a real temptation to spend more time there rather than going to explore the city. There's also a Hammam and spa services available. We loved our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to our friends.
