The staff was VERY friendly. The location perfect, in walking distance from all the main attractions. The room was clean and big with a nice bathroom. Definitely recommending it. Also had a nice breakfast included.

Super beautiful Riad, the swimming pool is as beautiful as in the pictures and using it was greatly appreciated on a hot day. The decor and design in the yard and in the rooms is top notch, facilities are great, the location is great and it seemed to me cheaper than more central Riads too. What is also important is that it’s located strategically very close to some must see sites and nice restaurants and also it is in the area closer to the airport. Apart from that, everyone working here is super friendly and welcoming. The area is supposed to be more quiet than the medina, and it is, but certainly not at all boring, on the contrary very lively, but not just with tourist crowds like the medina, but with more local vibes.

Riad Kasbah is located in the heart of Marrakech’s medina, a 7-minute walk from Jamaa el Fna square near the Saadien tombs. It offers suites, outdoor pool, and an interior patio.

Perfect location in the city centre. The swimming pool in the middle of the riad - our daughter was excited. The colonial athmosphere - it is so relaxed and calm, we liked it. Very helpful staff - they asked a lot if any help is needed and even a mint tea at 23 p.m. was no problem.

We had a great stay at riad Jonan! The people are very nice and friendly! They serve a great breakfast and the rooms are very clean. The riad is very close to the center so everything can be done by foot. We really enjoyed and will definitely come back!!!!

The hotel is a wonderful, green respite from the heat and noise of the Medina, with front desk staff who are very friendly, helpful and professional. The pool is not large but provides a tranquil and cool escape nonethless, and one can have drinks by it. Breakfast is set up outside under the shade and trees, and is extensive, with many choices both Moroccan and international, and the fresh juices are refreshingly good. We loved our large, quiet room and bathroom with the rain shower - and the amenities it provided (coffee, tea, frig, thoughtfully provided straw hats etc.) and used it as a cool retreat to recover from the heat after long walks all over Marrakesh. The only suggestion would be to include firmer pillows along with the softer ones perhaps, but we were very comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights, choosing largely the Moroccan options. Every choice was really good and well-presented, with inventive desserts. The waitstaff are kind and attentive as well (especially the waiter whose name begins with a Z...) The spa is wonderful - I used the hammam and had a massage (from Oum??) which was arguably the best I've ever had. I have stayed at the Jardins de la Koutobia as well, and this hotel is better by far. Thanks to all the folks at the Jardins de la Medina - I will be back for sure!

Exceptional! The location is easy to reach, very close to the main attractions, extremely attentive, respectful staff, impeccable cleanliness every day, hot water, heat, fabulous breakfast- changes it every day, very nicely presented and brought to the table, delicious. They welcomed us with cocktails at the accommodation. Drinking Water in the room when we arrive, On departure they give us one sandwich and water for the road. Everything new and beautiful We didn't miss anything at all. Thanks also to the reception staff and waiters and management of this Riad.

The riad is absolutely beautiful - a very stylish mix of modern and historic elements. The atmosphere is truly peaceful - beautiful court and the rooftop terrace is great to relax and for breakfast. Also got a nice massage. I spent my birthday here, so amazing Imane welcomed me with some beautiful flowers and made me really feel like at home. Mohamed gave me some great insights about Henna and the berber culture. All the staff are great people - just warm and really nice to have a chat with them.
