It was like an oasis in the middle of a bustling city. When you stepped through the doors, you were suddenly transported away from the busy streets of Marrakech into tranquility. We loved everything: the warm welcome, helpful host who gave us advice on where to go/what to expect/where to eat, the cleanliness & decor of the room, the comfy bed (so divine). The rooftop plunge pool was just a bonus to escape from the midday heat!

The staff at the hotel, in particular the reception staff, do everything to ensure your stay is truly comfortable and relaxing. I am sorry I only found this hotel on my last day in Marrakech and was not able to fully enjoy the spa facilities. I will certainly return here.

The place is stunning. There is bits and pieces of decoration everywhere but it works well. The roof is really great. Room was clean, staff helpful, Internet fast.
