This place is a real Oasis in the middle of Marrakesh! The staff is so lovely, polite and helpful and the whole atmosphere invites you all the time to relax and enjoy what it should had been a real Riad back in the times of The Book of the Thousand Nights and a Night. Great place to stay. Laurent and his team are extremely helpful and friendly. They give you tips and references for you to enjoy the most of Marrakech. The breakfast is home made and very good. Our room was small but impecably clean. The Riad is cosy, silent and fresh. The decorations has a lot of incredible and vintage objects, a treat to a collectors eye.

In Marrakesh’s Medina, Riad Terra Bahia offers traditional Moroccan decoration, an outdoor swimming pool and patio with fountain.

I never do tips when I go to hotels, but at Riad Terra Bahia I loved the service so much that I gave 10 Euros for each employer. I traveled with my 11 months baby and all her clothes were dirty, I comeback from a tour and they washed her clothes without me ask or without I expect that.

Situated 250 metres from El Bahia Palace, Dar 73 offers a small pool. Guests are invited to relax on the patio or on the terrace, which offers a view of the Medina.

The staff were very friendly and helpful ! A lovely modern Riad with comfortable beds and pillows!! Cute terrace on the roof and tv area downstairs. I would definitely stay again!

Staff were wonderful- felt like we were coming home every night - attentive but not in your face - just great - bedroom was perfect - loved the Riad concept - and we had a Mamam while we were there -it was amazing.
