Brahim, the host is very responsive and we got the keys upon arrival.
Everything was perfect, clean and new.
We were so happy with the apt that we made another reservation a few days later. I strongly recommend the apt and you will be more than satisfied

It is in 3rd floor without elevator and charging with other 2 rooms with one small bathroom. This was not clear in the booking.
In addition no air conditioner in the room

The rooms were huge and clean, and the hotel itself was located in Agdal, easy to find and easy to get around from there. The staff were all helpful and breakfast was substantial—breads, meats, cheeses, omelets and lots of fresh-squeezed juices.

Pristine, modern hotel with tremendously helpful staff!! (They saved us from making a huge mistake and almost missing the soccer game we were in town for - also helped arrange taxi transport for us to get where we needed to go!) Parking was made easy as the hotel had a space available for us right out front. Breakfast was an immense spread with attentive staff. Central location. Room was chic, clean, and had all necessary amenities. Great value at this hotel - zero complaints. Thanks again for a great stay!
