All was perfect! We were in 9 different places during our stay in Morocco and this was definitely the best. The riad and the room were amazing as well as the breakfast.

This classic Moroccan Riad has a patio with a fountain and a sun terrace overlooking Rabat’s markets. Riad Dar Soufa has a prime location in the heart of one of Morocco’s major cities.

My two friends and I loved everything about Riad Amaris.
We arrived before the check-in and they welcomed us with a lovely mint tea and some biscuits.
Our family suite was spotless and the came every day to tidy up and change the towels.
The breakfast in the terrace was unreal, everything they served was so fresh and tasty.
The staff was lovely, everyone was very kind and professional.
We highly recommend to choose Riad Amaris for your stay in Rabat :)

Very nice new riad (opened in August 2024) with a nice courtyard and terrace and very friendly owners. It is in the middle of the Medina.
I had an early flight and had to leave at 5 am and I was accompanied by the owner to find the right taxi and get on the road.

Nice and comfortable riad. Traditional architecture and furnishings. Clean and tidy. Quiet. Central location, in the Medina.
Fine, rich breakfast, fresh fruit every day. Charming owner who serves the breakfast personally. Very helpful Mr. Anas, always ready to assist and provide advice. Highly recommended!

Dar Shaeir provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.
While other superior riads typically excel in a few areas, Dar Shaeir stands out as a comprehensive and remarkable establishment.
The consistently affable and accommodating manager, Siham, played a pivotal role in enhancing our daily experiences. The unobtrusive and friendly demeanour of the entire staff, including the proprietor, Mr. Salah, whom we had the pleasure of meeting one morning, further contributed to the positive atmosphere.
Dar Shaeir is a venerable structure with a rich and extensive history, as evidenced by the detailed information presented in the form of pictures and text on the walls.
The establishment encompasses a substantial building with numerous spacious rooms spread across multiple floors, creating a labyrinthine layout (which children enjoyed much). Notably, there are four distinct terraces, one of which serves as a central vantage point offering a breathtaking 360-degree view of Medina.
In essence, photographs fail to capture the true grandeur of Dar Shaeir, as it appears significantly larger in person.
Additionally, it is noteworthy that the beds at Dar Shaeir were the most comfortable ones during our whole trip in Morocco.
We highly recommend Dar Shaeir and eagerly anticipate our next visit.
