Bright, warm and welcoming. Wonderful location. Staff are excellent. Highly recommended. Travel to Nice regularly and would happily stay at the Carlton from now on. A real find.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is freshly renovated, rooms look brand new and are not cramped like many in the area. The staff is amazing, thank you to both guys we met at the reception and the one at the bar. Yes, they have a rooftop bar overlooking Monaco. Fairly priced drinks and snacks available there. Monaco central station is a few mins away, there you can take an elevator to the center. Parking is on the street, we were there on the weekend and we found a few empty spots. I paid like 8 euros for 24hrs, which I would say is a deal right next to Monaco.
