Very helpful and kind staff. I liked our comfortable room and enjoyed the swimming pool. Location of the hotel is excellent. They also paid attention to my birthday and surprised me with a fruit plate.

The hotel is situated in a good place close to the station ans close to the beaches. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet and no disturbances from traffic or people.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It is freshly renovated, rooms look brand new and are not cramped like many in the area. The staff is amazing, thank you to both guys we met at the reception and the one at the bar. Yes, they have a rooftop bar overlooking Monaco. Fairly priced drinks and snacks available there. Monaco central station is a few mins away, there you can take an elevator to the center. Parking is on the street, we were there on the weekend and we found a few empty spots. I paid like 8 euros for 24hrs, which I would say is a deal right next to Monaco.

The apartment is lovely, well furnished and very clean. In terms of home and kitchen appliances it offers everything that you need during a vacation, whether short or long. I really appreciated the presence of a washing machine (although I didn't have time to use it) and the iron. The locations is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the city center and Les Sablettes beach. If you are travelling by train, I recommend getting off in Menton Garavan. The host also provided clear instructions on how to enter the building, apartment and garage.
