Wonderful reception staff / the female manager was superb and made my stay very easy, thank you for your kindness and information. The coffee shop serves delicious coffee and sandwiches and the Irish pub on floor 16 serve excellent food and drink at reasonable prices. Room is clean and comfortable and perfect for trip planning to the national parks and accommodation team were so lovely giving me lots of water on request.
