Very nice apartment: clean, comfortable, cozy, well-designed and -equipped. The host, Tanan, was polite, helpful, and friendly and provided us with all necessary service, pieces of information & advice. We greatly appreciate the opportunity to have an earlier check-in and a later checkout for free, it was an important benefit for us because of our train arrival and departure time. Location is also quite nice: 3 min walk is E-mart supermarket and trade center, ca.15 min walk – central square. We had an amazing time in Ulaanbaatar. We can definitely recommend this apartment.

The place is clean and neat. The rooms are perfectly enough for the amount of residents allocated. Comfy and clean bed with clean and warm bed shits and blanket. And safe lockers to store anything. The bathroom and restroom are clean. Decent kitchen with all tools and accessories. Clean and organized. Perfect to cook and eat almost anything I wanted to cook. Hospitable staff, always there for any support I needed. The environment is peaceful and the hostel is located two turns from the main road. I was able to get everything I needed within a 500 meter radius. Supermarkets, street markets, stationeries, telecom service providers, hotels, cafes, pharmacy and clinic, barbershop, beauty salon, massage and sauna, and of course, places if one needs a night life in Ulaanbaatar. A great place for a reasonable price.

Super value for what is provided. Highly recommended as a place to stay for budget-conscious travellers in UB. Andy is a great host and did his best to accommodate all requests for tours, rooms, etc. The building is just off a main street so not too noisy, but easily walkable. Facilities are basic, but in very good condition. The State Department store is 5-10 minute walk away, and you'll be able to find most of what you might need there. Ended up spending 5 nights here while in UB, and would have stayed longer if possible.
