The bay view room is awesome. Facing Macau Tower and bridges. Although hotel does not have shuttle bus, we can take free shuttle bus from MGM Macau to MGM Cotai/ferry terminal/airport. We had a wonderful stay for our wedding anniversary.

Jason at Reception arranged a free upgrade to a Premium Suite and we checked in early as the Suite was ready . Jason from Reception was also extremely helpful, and caring. And we also had a fruit basket and a Snack box for our Welcome gift from Manager Dean Wan.
The hotel location was great close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Ferry Terminal. Also there were free shuttle buses to Cotai Strip and to the Border to Zhuhai.
Chris from Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us plan our daily trips around Macau.

Everything - great quirky room, bottled water, spotlessly clean.
The receptionist, Anastasia? was really kind and gave me lots of information. You do need to get a taxi from the ferry terminal for boats to Hong Kong
