The hotel is right in the middle of Macau town. Buses are in front of the hotels. It is so convenient to get anywhere. Just like going back in time as we walked into the hotel. Beautifully decorated and newly renovated. All of the staff are so helpful. The minibar was free with a lovely Portuguese red wine. And they replaced them everyday. The breakfast was very delicious and the menu changes every day. We did not want to leave!

Concierge was far beyond expectations.
It was my first time visiting Macau and first international business trip after I started a new job two months ago. So I was nervous and the concierge was very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable and I cannot forget how wonderfully they treated us.

17th floor city view, pool area - nice to walk, nice room and bathroom, very comfy bed and pillows, super service in lounge ( especially 1 girl, ehk remembered every person and what they drinked etc - superiour service and memory) and very helpful Lounge reception girl - got arranged fast our transfer to Harbour (it was first day without hotel transfer to Harbour), she is very professional and kind - got fast solution, superiour service. :D Housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful too

The hotel is perfectly located near historic landmarks; I loved walking around the neighbourhood and reaching everything within 10 minutes or so. I received a free upgrade of my room upon arrival, which was incredibly kind of the staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathroom with bathtub, and the bed + pillow were the perfect level of thick/soft. Super friendly staff and nice simple and clean aesthetic of both hotel lobby and room. Will definitely stay here again.
