This was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip, even though we were only there for one night. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. The hotel’s location was excellent, with bus stops nearby and close to other tourist attractions.
We chose to have breakfast, which was outstanding—one of the best we’ve ever had. Guests can choose between a Western or Chinese-style breakfast, and we opted for both. The food was very filling and delicious, and the staff were attentive.
The hotel rooms were very clean, and it was a pleasant surprise to find free drinks and snacks provided. Even better, we received a free upgrade to our room. We didn’t have high expectations before arriving, but the experience far exceeded them. We will definitely return if we stay in Macau again!

Concierge was far beyond expectations.
It was my first time visiting Macau and first international business trip after I started a new job two months ago. So I was nervous and the concierge was very helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable and I cannot forget how wonderfully they treated us.

We arrived around noon, a bit earlier than check in time, they tried to find a room for us in a short while and actually it was also upgraded to a harbor view room. They also sent us a snack pack, a fruit dish and a souvenir bear which my daughter really loved. During our stay, all the staff that we met are very friendly and helpful, the shuttle bus also makes traveling convenient. The hotel is very close to the fishman’s harbour, and the Guia lighthouse as well. I will recommend the hotel to other visitors to Macau.

The hotel is perfectly located near historic landmarks; I loved walking around the neighbourhood and reaching everything within 10 minutes or so. I received a free upgrade of my room upon arrival, which was incredibly kind of the staff. The room was spacious and clean, with a bathroom with bathtub, and the bed + pillow were the perfect level of thick/soft. Super friendly staff and nice simple and clean aesthetic of both hotel lobby and room. Will definitely stay here again.
