We were upgraded to Intercontinental wich is within the same group. Staff is very friendly, hospitality on a high level. Hotel itself is nice, clean, spa, pool as well. Breakfast and the staff serving it is superb.
Katerina who is managing staff is great at doing her job and we felt very welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect hotel for a visit to Malta.It was well-located in st Julian all restaurants night life and close to sea side.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Towels provided for the pool, gym. Direct access to the sea was brilliant as there was a private (no sand) beach area. Extensive breakfast. The room was large and the beds comfortable.

I really liked the staff at the accommodation and the elevator, which was impressively fast. The entire hotel was beautiful, and the rooms were lovely, equipped with all the necessary facilities.
Especially the coworkers, Marcus, Swastika, the cleaning staff and the hotel owners. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
