I and my family needed the place near the airport to survive the flight cancellation.
They made our room ready before official time 12 instead of normal 14.
We had to leave next morning very early. Therefore, I don't know about the quality of the breakfast, but, I can tell that they assembled nice "early leaver package" for us. They also organised a cheap eCab taxi to the airport (6,5€) .
From ordinary tourist point of view - the Sea was just some bus stops away, so we enjoyed a sandy beach (Il-Bajja s-Sabiha) and about 20C swimming water (in beginning of December) in Marsaxlokk.

We would like to thank the staff of Victoria Hotel for making our anniversary celebration so special. The room was beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful, New Year's Eve Dinner at the Palace Hotel was awesome!!! We can only recommend this hotel!
