The hotel is aesthetically gorgeous. The facilities are good. The room was incredibly spacious, and the bathroom was the best we'd had at any of the hotels we had stayed at in our nearly three weeks in México.
The staff at the hotel were helpful and understanding. We travelled as a group of three friends and the extra night in Guadalajara was essentially just a very long layover for us, and they were able to allow us three to a room despite it being set up for two (thankfully the bed was massive).

We travel to this area often and have stayed in many hotels in the area. Dex is new, just opened in April. The location is super convenient, we had parking at the hotel and the decorating and the rooms exceeded our expectations. Perhaps though the very best part of our stay was because of the staff. They were friendly, helpful and more than went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. The Dex is our hotel of choice now when we are in town.
Great job. You should be proud of yourselves.

They have parking car space for guests, charging for electric car in parking área. They provide service to clean bedroom everyday even the guest not put the sign for make up room in outside room. The staffs polite and handy to help.

The place is located 3 blocks from Tlaquepaque Downtown(El Parian), it has private parking but gonna be a little hard to use by full size trucks because is under building and the entrance is very narrow. Comfy clean place, it has washer and dryer, hot water, fridge, tv, wifi, and its a calm place. The building guards are very attentive and helpful.
