This location really has been one of the highlights of our Mexico-Trip. Super friendly and accommodating staff, nice apartment with everything you need while being one of the cleanest apartments we stayed in all over Mexico. Such an incredible hotel - it has literally everything - amazing location, beautiful rooms, epic pool, sauna, gym and spa. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was staying in Mexico City. The hotel team were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner at Balta was incredible.
